Shipping policy

 

By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and/or holidays. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be active.

Lash Fairy.co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Undelivered Packages:

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up from the carrier, it will be returned to us. Once received, we can Reship the order (additional shipping fees will apply). We do not refund ANY ORDERS. 

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as Delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, we recommend the following steps:

1. Check with neighbors or household members.

2. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

3. If you need assistance, email us and we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a replacement.
